Description

Coconut paste (coconut manna, coconut butter). 500g, plastic food bucket.

“Natural coconut paste is ground in a specially designed mill at low speed at a temperature not exceeding 48’C. Dried coconut pulp of the highest grade with a maximum fat content of 65% is used for production. Unlike coconut oil, the paste contains both coconut oil itself and all the fiber, proteins, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins.

An excellent base for making coconut milk, smoothies, shakes or oriental soups. It can also be used in creams, desserts and pastries.

Since coconut manna is 65% coconut oil, it also solidifies at temperatures below 25 degrees. If you want the paste to become liquid, you need to heat it to a temperature of 29 degrees. This is easily done by lowering the jar into a container with warm water or leaving it for a while near the stove where you are cooking. The optimal temperature for the semolina to remain soft is around 24-25°C.

* The composition of the pastes carefully selected nuts and seeds of the highest grade are prepared and ground in small batches immediately before production. Therefore, you are always guaranteed to receive a fresh and high-quality product. Use them to make desserts or pastries, as well as as a base for making plant-based milk.

** Since no trans fats, emulsifiers or thickeners are used in the production of nut and seed pastes, the release of oil on the surface of the product confirms its naturalness. Just stir thoroughly with a spoon before use.

*** Under the influence of cold temperatures, coconut oil has the property of separating from the main mass of the product and solidifying (crystallizing). In this case, microdroplets of oil after separation solidify into strange whitish shapes with the effect of water on frosted glass. Temperature changes can occur in various situations – when moving the produced warm paste to a cold warehouse, when transporting the paste in the cold season in an unheated truck body of a carrier, when moving the product from room temperature to a refrigerator. Some customers mistake such strange formations on the surface or under the glass for mold. To make sure that this is crystallized oil, take a spoonful of paste with these particles and gently heat it over a fire or steam. You will see that the crystal turns into a droplet of vegetable oil.”

*Stir well before use.

* The product melts at temperatures above 75 F (24 C).

* Oil separation confirms product’s natural quality.
